Do I need a dedicated EV charger? You can charge from a standard power point, but it’s slow. A dedicated wallbox charges much faster and is designed for regular use.

Will my switchboard need upgrading? It depends on your existing board and supply. We check this before we quote.

Can I charge my EV from my solar panels? Yes. With a compatible charger you can prioritise excess solar. We’ll check that it works with your inverter.

Single-phase or three-phase? Most homes are single-phase. Three-phase allows faster charging if your property has it.

How much does installation cost? It depends on the charger, the cable run and any switchboard work. Contact us for a site-specific quote.
